BLogic is an online service from Bee Logical (doing business as BLogic) in Las Vegas, Nevada. It gives your business a team of AI helpers — Opal, Mark, Admina, and Penny — who help with running your business, marketing, paperwork, and money.

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens through your account, so give access only to people you trust. Please keep your account information accurate.

Please don't use BLogic to:

• break the law or trick or harm other people,
• post spam, hateful, or misleading content,
• use content you don't have the right to use,
• try to break into, overload, or copy BLogic.

We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.

You own everything you put into BLogic and everything created for your business. You give us permission to use it only to run BLogic for you.

The AI team gives suggestions and does work you ask for, but you, the business owner, make the final decisions. Please review anything important — posts, numbers, documents — before you rely on it.

Payments and cancellation follow the plan you choose. The plan will show its price, how often you're charged, and how to cancel.

We work hard to keep BLogic running well, but it is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Nevada.
